Corona Virus Update 24th March

The latest instruction from the Government is for a complete closedown of gatherings, so all bookings and use of the Hall must now be suspended until further notice.
We will be contacting users to sort out deposits or rescheduling for cancelled bookings and missed regular sessions.
Sadly children's playgrounds are included in the emergency legislation so we must also close the children's playground until further notice.
Let us all hope this situation is short term and we can return to normal village social life as soon as possible. In the meantime please take care, look out for your neighbours, especially the elderly, and stay safe!
(BATS production of Anything Goes is being rescheduled for the autumn so that's something to look forward to)

The hall is available for hire by clubs and classes and also by individuals for private events such as wedding receptions, children's parties, keep fit, dances and sale events, these and more activities can be found in the hall at different times.

Outside there is a large car parking area, a fully renovated (in 2019) fenced children's playground, picnic area, boule court, full all weather floodlit tennis court and a bowling green. A defibrillator is available, accessible from outside, near the main doors.

All income from bookings goes to the running and maintainance of the hall, which is a registered charity, non profit making and run by community volunteers. We try and keep our booking fees and conditions to a minimum. We have no contract caterers or bar providers, allowing private party bookings freedom to make their own arrangements, the hall has both an alcohol licence and a music licence.
